Are you still coughing and sniffling from your winter colds? With the addition of some
naturally potent foods, your cold can quickly clear up. In this new class, we’ll gather in
the middle of winter to create recipes that will cleanse your sinuses and strengthen your
immunity. We’ll make an easy 10-minute gluten-free and vegetarian soup with rice noodles,
chopped vegetables, mushroom and a spicy broth. We’ll also use daikon radish, a powerful
vegetable for clearing congestion, in another creative recipe.
